24/7 Always-On Your Playbook Your CRM

Catch every lead before it goes cold.

Your SDR AI Worker watches your signals, researches qualified contacts the moment buying intent fires, and reaches out by email, LinkedIn, or webchat to progress leads to meetings. Every message follows your sales playbook and the signals on each contact, not a generic template.

Find ideal leads and know when to act.

No more spreadsheets and data imports. Your SDR AI Worker watches every in-market account, pulls the full buying group into your CRM the moment a signal fires, and runs prospect-level research and signal-intelligence so the AI SDR is always prepared to engage.

Know which accounts are buying now.

Your SDR AI Worker watches the signals that show an account is actually in-market: accounts evaluating you on your website, the technographic install base, company news, and hiring signals. Each signal builds more account intelligence into how pipeline gets generated.

Live on your GTM stack,
in days.

Onboarding is hands-on and fast. We tune the worker to how your team actually sells - wired into your systems, fluent in your playbook, and producing pipeline inside the first sprint.

  • Calibrated to your ICP and qualification bar
  • Trained on your playbook, voice and objections
  • Wired into your CRM, inbox and sequencer
  • Grounded in your knowledge base for every reply

Built to work with the tools you already run

"We replaced an entire outsourced SDR vendor and doubled qualified meetings in the first quarter. The AI worker is on-brand, on-message, and never sleeps."

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

You define it. Qualified is whatever combination of signal, ICP fit, persona match, and account context matters to your team. The criteria get encoded into the Worker during onboarding so the meetings booked match the bar your AEs would actually value rather than a volume target. The Worker books the meeting and logs it to the CRM, your team runs the meeting, and post-meeting qualification (did it convert to opportunity, was the buyer real) gets logged back to the same CRM and surfaces through the observability layer we configure with you.

Through the AI Worker's 'brain' architecture that runs one or more brains (based on combinations of persona, intent signals, offerings of interest and more) per persona you sell into. Each brain is grounded in your product specs, style guides, voice standards, and the documentation a human SDR would read, plus the proof points that matter for that specific persona. Writing rules and examples are built during onboarding and refined continuously through testing. A CRO at a logistics company and a Director of Demand Gen at a SaaS company do not get structurally similar emails, which is how quality holds across the contact base.

The Worker is signal-driven. Triggers (list-based or property-based) fire on configurable schedules and invoke the workflow, which runs a screening pass to block non-fit contacts and personal email addresses, routes the contact to the matching persona brain, runs intent classification against the contact and company properties, and writes the sequence. A trigger has to fire first, the contact has to clear screening, and the intent class determines what gets sent. Your CRM is the system of record throughout.

Your primary domain is never exposed to AI SDR sending volume. Sending runs on dedicated domains and mailboxes provisioned through a managed infrastructure layer, which carries the reputation footprint of the AI SDR work. Your corporate domain, the one your executives email from and the one that hosts your website, sits behind that infrastructure untouched. Even in the worst case where a sending domain is flagged, it is replaced from the buffer pool with no blast radius back to the brand.

That's not the goal. The Worker is built to multiply the capability and capacity of the team you have, not substitute for it. Think of it as an evolution in lead funnel operations. Your SDRs spend more time in qualified conversations and less time in research and copywriting. Your AEs spend more time on deals and less time prospecting to fill their own pipeline.

Most vertical AI SDR tools ship a single hosted instruction set running over a hosted knowledge base, charge per credit at a 5x to 10x markup over the underlying LLM cost, and leave the customer to reconcile the output against their own CRM. The architecture here is different. The Worker runs one brain per persona against your CRM and your instruction set rather than a generic one-shot solution.

The Worker needs access to the same things human SDRs need -- your CRM and your sequencing tool, with permissions to read and write records and to send on the dedicated mailboxes provisioned for the engagement. The CRM is the system of record, and the Worker reads from and writes back to it continuously. Beyond those baseline requirements, scoped permissions, system-specific user rights, and access controls are worked through during implementation with your stakeholders/teams.

Phase 1 implementation, with services included. The first weeks cover infrastructure setup, knowledge engine population from your content, instruction set tuning, AI Worker 'persona' and 'brain' configuration, and CRM workflow wiring. The remaining time is co-iteration with the services team alongside your RevOps lead to validate output against your ICP, refine the writing rules, and tune the trigger configuration based on early performance. If the Worker isn't producing meetings that meet your bar by the end of the engagement, we part ways.

Both. The architecture is the same on either side, just different triggers. Outbound runs against account-level signals (technographic, news, hiring, intent and ABM) and contact-level marketing signals. Inbound runs the same workflow when a marketing signal fires (form fill, demo request, lead score crossing threshold), routing the contact to the matching persona brain so the follow-up is calibrated to where the buyer is in their evaluation. Two add-ons extend inbound further. The Email Reply AI SDR triages replies in seconds, and the Web Chat AI SDR captures site traffic and books meetings from your website directly.

No. Your CRM stays the system of record throughout. The Worker reads from your contact and company objects, writes activity back to those same records, and updates the SDR status field on every contact it touches. If the data isn't in your CRM, the Worker doesn't know about it, which is by design. The integration runs on top of your existing CRM instance, with no parallel database to maintain.

No, but we support integrating with your existing or new data providers (which we will guide on over time) as the highest quality sources evolve. We believe that the data provider layer is a fluid landscape of quality and do not bake any one provider into our system. Instead, we work with the best interchangably to fit the needs of each client.

Few customers are 'ready' in the way they imagine they need to be. Phase 1 explicitly works against the existing signal set and the contacts already in your CRM, however imperfect. The 90-day services engagement includes the operational tightening that makes Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4 productive over time. Waiting until the CRM is clean is the reason most CROs cite for never starting; the path forward starts with what's already there.

The SDR AI Worker is the most common first AI Worker that we onboard. It is a powerful outcome-driver that helps teams not only unlock new levels of organizational performance, but also get exposed to how AI Workers operate.
