The course gives insight into the back end of deploying AI as a organizational tool, unlike the already available GPTs. It draws more from streamlining internal structures and relationships through the use of AI as a tool, aiming to provide information without the usual person to person friction and delays.
Prior to completing this course, I had some limited understanding of the different concepts involved, but this did a good job tying them all together.
