Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will architect and build high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Meteor. You’ll drive best practices across the stack—from data modeling in MongoDB to server-side logic in Node.js. TypeScript as a requirement for most of the applications and services. You’ll also help shape our AI/ML integration in our AI first products, leveraging LLMs, RAG-based memory, and graph/vector databases to power next-generation and leading innovative features. Keeping ontop of current technologies and releases in this fast moving space is a must, and being able to quickly pivot and multitask are a must. Being able to own the whole task and work cross-project is expected of a Sr. level developer. Use of AI coding tools is encouraged. 

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex features in React and Meteor, python, Node JS, Typescript, and GO, ensuring clean abstractions and modularity. 
• Architecture & Patterns: Experience with Meteor client/server architecture, including pub/sub and general familiarity with best practices. 
• Data Layer: Model and optimize MongoDB, implement strategies and sanitization, and integrate vector stores or graph databases for semantic search and RAG workflows. Understanding of Milvus and mesh databases preferred. 
• AI/ML Integration: Integrations with LLM APIs, embedding pipelines, and RAG memory layers; Understanding local embedders, how tokenization, and chunking works is needed for all sorts of internal and external projects that implement AI first software. 
• API & Backend Services: Develop RESTful endpoints and plugins in Node.js/TypeScript, python, GO, and Meteor. 
• PRs, Testing & Quality: Be able to implement unit, integration, and UI tests (Jest and custom). Understand linting and participate in PR reviews for the company. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 
• 5+ years full-stack web development experience, with at least 3 years on React and Meteor 
• Strong proficiency with MongoDB data modeling, indexing, and aggregation pipelines. Experience with Milvus and graph databases a plus. 
• Solid coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and Bash, Meteor, and REACT. 
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and familiarity with vector or graph databases 
• Expertise in browser and IDE debugging workflows (Chrome DevTools, VS Code) 
• Comfortable setting up and maintaining Git workflows, branching models, and CI in GitHub Actions or similar 
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade features autonomously 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Prior experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2) or other cloud platforms 
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes for dev/test environments 
• Understanding of CI/CD best practices and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)
