Position Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to identify opportunities to introduce AI-powered automation into their business and to develop unique AI Workers within the EverWorker to support each customer’s needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing roles within software or consulting, with a strong background in being able to translate a customer’s needs into requirements and solutions for software systems. This individual will work in both pre-sale and post-sale engagement with customers, ensuring that our customers successfully adopt AI through EverWorker and derive maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Evangelism: Promote and educate prospects and customers on the potential of AI Workers to support and transform their business.
- Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Work with customers across their journey, leading the implementation and execution of services to ensure seamless adoption of EverWorker-delivered AI Workers into their business processes.
- Solution Design: Consult with current and prospective customers to design and implement the best AI-driven solutions tailored to their specific business needs and/or defined tasks. Serve as the primary technical contact post-sales, providing guidance and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for our services engagements, ensuring that client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align professional services efforts with overall company objectives and client needs, ensuring seamless execution of projects and fostering a strong partnership with customers.
- Voice of the Customer: Provide feedback on product features and client needs to improve EverWorker’s offerings, ensuring that our solutions remain cutting-edge and impactful in the market.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to continuously improve processes, artefacts, tools and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional services or consulting role within the tech industry, with a preferred focus on business process automation.
- No explicit experience in AI application development is required, though successful candidates will bring an understanding of business workflows, automation, and data.
- Experience working with customers to successfully adopt complex solutions, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing methodically.
- A strong understanding of AI and the wider AI ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience working in fully remote teams is a plus.
